Data Protection Officer (DPO)
If you are subject to the obligation to appoint a Data Protection Officer under applicable legislation (particularly under the GDPR), we can provide this function in its full scope. At the same time, we also offer this service voluntarily to organizations that wish to manage personal data protection in a systematic and professional manner.
As part of the ongoing performance of the DPO function, we provide continuous advice on the day-to-day handling of personal data. We assist in assessing new projects from a data protection perspective (including DPIAs), address data transfers, marketing activities, CCTV systems, and other specific situations.
Personal Data Processing Analysis
At the beginning of our cooperation, we conduct a detailed analysis of personal data processing within your organization. We identify risk areas, assess compliance with legal requirements, and propose specific measures to achieve full compliance. Subsequently, we establish or update the complete documentation, including internal policies, records of processing activities, privacy notices, data processing agreements, and procedures for handling security incidents.
Training and Implementation of Internal Processes
We also provide regular employee training and help implement internal control mechanisms so that data protection becomes a natural part of your company’s operations.
Representation During Inspections
In the event of an inspection by the Czech Data Protection Authority, we provide full assistance and representation – preparing the necessary documentation, communicating with the supervisory authority, and safeguarding your rights throughout the entire proceedings.
