We started as a law firm back in 2014.It was founded by Robert Novotný and Andreya Voglová. From the beginning we wanted to do more than just "solve cases". We wanted to build relationships. With our clients and between our disciplines. To be a support in difficult times and a partner in growth. Even though we gradually added more services and grew with more colleagues, this idea never left us.

Robert Novotný specializes in litigation, particularly in the areas of damages, business corporations, corporate structure and trust administration. Andreya brings to the team experience in family law, contract agency, employment law and mediation. Gradually, she also began to focus on capital markets regulation and data protection.

In 2022, Oto Křivanec joined us and expanded our services to include tax consulting, accounting and payroll. Oto is also a lecturer at the University of Economics in Prague and an examiner for the Chamber of Auditors. In 2023, Markéta Pichlová joined the team, bringing experience in banking, insurance and investment advisory. Today she heads the finance and insurance area.
