PRIVACY STATEMENT

Our organisation, comprising a law firm, accounting and tax advisory services, and insurance intermediation, processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR, Act No. 110/2019 Coll., and all applicable professional regulations. We ensure their security, confidentiality, and lawful use. 

We process personal data only to the extent necessary, for clearly defined purposes, and with the use of appropriate technical and organisational measures ensuring their confidentiality, integrity and availability.

What measures we use

To ensure the protection of personal data, we apply in particular the following procedures:

• Incident recording and management – we have established processes for identifying, investigating and documenting security incidents, and we inform affected individuals and the relevant authorities about serious incidents in accordance with legal requirements.
• Confidentiality of all persons – attorneys, law firm employees, tax advisers and individuals involved in insurance intermediation are bound by statutory and contractual confidentiality obligations.
• Staff training – we regularly train all persons who have access to personal data in the secure handling of data.
• Review of subcontractors – we cooperate only with carefully selected service providers who ensure an appropriate level of personal data protection.

Our Professional Duties

• The law firm observes the duty of confidentiality under the Act on the Legal Profession and processes only the personal data necessary for the provision of legal services.
• The accounting and tax firm processes data in accordance with legal regulations on accounting, tax advisory services, and personal data protection, particularly when maintaining accounting records and managing tax and payroll agendas.
• The insurance intermediary processes personal data for the purposes of arranging, administering and fulfilling insurance contracts, in accordance with the Insurance Act and the obligations imposed by the Czech National Bank.

Transparency and Data Subject Rights

We provide every individual whose personal data we process with clear and understandable information about the purposes of processing, the legal bases and the retention periods. Data subjects may exercise their rights (the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection or data portability) in the manner described in our information notice.

Osobní údaje zpracováváme za účelem poskytování právních služeb, vedení účetnictví a daňové agendy, sjednávání a správy pojištění a komunikace s klienty.

Osobní údaje předáváme pouze v nezbytných případech orgánům veřejné moci, pojišťovnám, znalcům a poskytovatelům IT a cloudových služeb. Všichni poskytovatelé služeb jsou smluvně zavázáni dodržovat přiměřená technická a organizační opatření.

Doba uchovávání

Osobní údaje uchováváme po dobu stanovenou právními předpisy nebo nezbytnou pro ochranu našich práv a splnění smlouvy.

Práva subjektů údajů

Subjekty údajů mají právo na přístup, opravu, výmaz, omezení zpracování, námitku, přenositelnost dat a podání stížnosti k ÚOOÚ.

Technická a organizační opatření

Provádíme řízení přístupů, šifrování, zabezpečení IT systémů, ochranu fyzických dokumentů, pravidelné zálohování, školení pracovníků a řízení incidentů.

Předávání údajů do zahraničí

Údaje nepředáváme mimo EU/EHP, pokud není zajištěna odpovídající úroveň ochrany podle platných právních předpisů.
